Just a warning, this post contains high levels of awesomeness.
Hey, Dani here. We simply cannot wait to share these photos with you. If you don’t already know, Chattanooga is sort of a mecca of extremely talented local musicians. On any given night, it seems, you can go listen to some amazing music. We are some lucky little duckies down in the valley.
Ryli first mentioned for us to head down to Rhythm and Brews to see our friends Strung Like a Horse and Glowing Bordis play….on St. Patty’s Day. Our answer was an overwhelming YES.
BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE….
Not only would the bands play their original sets, but Strung Like a Horse covered a whole set of Violent Femmes, and Glowing Bordis wrapped up the night with a set of Rage Against the Machine. Yeah, that sounds awesome right? Right.
We all decided that we should all go out and take some photos of the glimmering green shenanigans. So Ryli, Skye, friends, and I met up at the Boathouse for some pre-game dinner and drinks (sorry no photos of that). After we fed our bellies we headed on down to Rhythm and Brews.
AND WE WERE BLOWN AWAY. I mean, holy macaroni…
In case you were wondering the answer is YES. Heads banged, faces melted, everyone danced, the crown sang along, and we all partied the night away. These bands are incredible talents and we feel downright giddy about the images we captured of said talent. If you ever have a chance to catch either band (or if you are super lucky, you can see both of them in the same night!) we wholly recommend you go. They will not disappoint.

hey, nice pics………..i loved playing that show but i keep running into the issue of : folks take great pics, but always put their logo across it and make it not able to be used as a profile picture……if its not too much to ask, could i please have a couple pics of me fiddling that i can use as profile pics for my facebook??? I would be very happy with that!!!
By the way, youre photography is excellent! Thank you for the pics you posted!
