We decided to put up a very small teaser of Sarah and Jared’s wedding this past weekend at the Hunter Art Museum in downtown Chattanooga,TN. More to come in the next week! So be on the look out!

This precious little gal’s name is Avarie.  You may recognize her from her newborn photos.  You don’t?  Ok, well let’s refresh your memory then…

Since we are a little (OK, A LOT!) behind on blogging this slideshow is from when Avarie was 6 months old.  And this coming Saturday we will get to document her at her one year mark!  It is such a great job we have to be able to see little ones grow up before our eyes!  At her six month session it was all spring time flowers and pretty frilly outfits and she was a big girl pulling up on the chair and hanging out there all by herself!  And JUST LOOK at the photos of her in her basketball outfit!  PRECIOUS!  We could just squeeze those little legs of hers in those tube socks.  Her Mom Kari had quite a hard time finding such tiny little tube socks, but they were sure worth the hard work!

Happy Birthday Avarie!  You are sure growing up to be a precious little lady!

Well, what can we say about bombshells that you guys don’t already know?  We love to shoot them, they are so much fun.  We laugh a lot, we have heart to heart talks, we listen to music and dance.  Usually the bombshell ladies start out nervous but in the end walk out knowing that they are some stunningly beautiful and sexy ladies.

The very best part the bombshell sessions is…sometimes the bombshells give their albums to their man, and then we get to hear about their reaction.

Happy Monday! Skye here, I want you to meet Eric, Stephanie and their baby bump. Eric and Stephanie are fun loving, sweet, adoring, and quirky in their own way. They are one of my most favorite couples i’ve had the chance to work with. For real though! I have known Stephanie since we worked together waaay back in the day at the good ole Olive Garden. Yup, That’s right folks. We used to sling bread sticks and toss salads! That was 8+ years ago though. Wow! How times have changed. I now have a baby, Clair and Stephanie isn’t far off from holding their wee little bundle of baby in her arms.

When Stephanie had contacted us about shooting baby bump photos I got all excited! I was seriously giddy inside. Stephanie and Eric are that couple that you feel like you’ve known for forever even if you haven’t. On my way to shoot their photos at Harrison Bay it looked like it was going to come a torrential down pour. Luckily it DIDN’T! Thank the lord. But I am super glad it was over cast because the sky looked awesome in the photos.

Once parked Stephanie and Eric jumped out and we got things started. I’ve actually never seen a pregnant girl move so fast! Not even myself back in the day. Stephanie was saying she was having a bad hair day because of this crazy January weather here in TN. It was about 70 degrees last Saturday. I’ll say this much though… I wish my hair looked like hers on a bad day. She looked like she just fell out of a hair magazine or off the red carpet! Simply Beautiful. In some of these I personally think she resembles Jennifer Aniston. You’ll see! Stephanie is so fun! I wish I could hang out with her on a daily basis. Eric, her other half warmed up to me after about 10 minutes or so. Guys usually don’t understand the importance of “Maternity” sessions. He was a bit quiet at first but I can be a lot to take in at first so i won’t give him to much grief about that. He was a good sport. Eric was the perfect model husband, cooperated and did great! Thanks Eric! )

Stephanie and Eric have such a fun relationships. There was always smiling, joking and laughing going on! Their sweet baby boy sure is coming into a wonderful home. Congrats Stephanie & Eric. I can’t wait to meet him! Oh and I’m not saying his name because I forgot if it is a secret or not.

Oh and there’s a photo we took of a fortune they opened a few days before the shoot from a fortune cookie and it couldnt have been more fitting!

When shooting sessions outside we can’t always make mother nature cooperate. So some of our 2012 Spring Mini sessions had to be rescheduled which are the following sweet, understanding, lovely families shown below. Thank yall for working around mother nature with us. Yall are simply wonderful!

Meet Ashlee and Marshall! They look familiar huh? Probably because we did their engagement photos last summer of 2011. Ashlee  and Marshall are kind of like the perfect fairy tale couple. Marshall is so laid back and easy going and Ashlee is so kind and sweet. Plus a bonus to the both of them is that they are way good looking!

Their wedding was set at Marshal’ls families properties farm in Birchwood,TN. Talk about GOR-GEOUS. AH! Take our breath away! Perfect weather, over looking a gorgeous lake nestled in a pasture through a thicket of trees was where the ceremony and reception was held. It was a southern, country  rustic,  affair with tons of personal touches! So sit back with some country music turned on and be ready to fall in love with the new Mr. & Mrs. Marshall Berry.

This family is one good looking family if we do say so! They remind us of a family from a Gap or Old Navy commercial.

This is the Schexnaildre family. You may have noticed that you’ve seen them before? Probably because we took their photos back around Christmas time of 2011 and 2012. They were part of our Spring Mini Sessions but when mother natures calls we have to call off  our sessions. So we rescheduled them. This session turned out pretty darn cute at a different park though. So enjoy taking some time to look through their family session and at their adorable little girls! AH! Too cute!

Spring Mini Sessions. Oh how we love thee. Yes we realize we are pretty much on the verge of  Spring again and are just now posting the Spring Minis but wedding season happened and Bloom had a baby! Then it was the Holidays and here we are again.

Spring Minis are one of our favorite times of the year. We get to see our past, present and new clients after the long winter season. We get to use live props such as bunnies and or ducks. Maybe this year 2013  it will be a baby goat or lamb! Fingers crossed!

This is the sweetest bride you will ever meet AND her mate is pretty nice too.  These are two true love birds for sure. Their first look was one that will go down in the books! They were Married on April 14th 2012 at Patten Chapel in Chattanooga,TN. One of our favorite locations to shoot. That church just has such a warm feeling to it and has so much history.

From the girls running a bit behind before the ceremony to the guys eating sandwiches while we were about to shoot the formal photos it was an eventful wedding day to say the least!

Carrie was dressed to kill in her wedding dress. We think she just might be the 2013 poster Bride! You will see her photos and your breath will be taken away as well, We assure you! Oh AND Josh was looking pretty snazzy in his tux. So GQ!

Meet baby Heath. He’s such a pretty baby! So flawless, So soft. Now we know where the expression “Soft as a baby’s bottom” comes from. Baby’s like Heath! We showed up at their house on a Friday morning for Heaths session and boy was he content being at home. He didn’t make a peep, Just let us turn him and pose him at whatever way we needed.

Then he got a little hungry so we decided to take a small break before doing his photos with mom and dad. We took some of his room. It was so peaceful in there. Just like a baby’s room should be! We also let Brooke and Richard, Heaths momma and daddy lay and roll around on the bed with him for some cute family shots. We are so happy for the Henderson family and their newest member of the family. Congradulations Brooke and Richard!
